Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. Delightful, spacious (400 sq. ft.), private, daylight basement studio in North Seattle. Whether you are in Seattle for a long weekend or here for work, my space is the perfect Seattle getaway. After adventures in the city, relax in this tranquil garden and living space. The space includes a private entrance, a bathroom with 5 shower heads, a queen size bed and a very comfortable full-size futon if a second bed is needed. No kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, Keurig and dishes are available.

The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
