A beautifully presented 3 bedroom mid century semi detached cottage on the outskirts of the Moyola estate, centrally located in Castledawson in the heart of Mid-Ulster. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people, 1 King bed, 1 Double bed and 1 single bedroom all furnished to a high standard. Bedding provided based on number of guests. The Barn at Rose Lodge is a compact accommodation, a short distance from Magherafelt town centre. Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden at Rose Lodge. Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
