Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

Cottage at the Springs is a quaint bungalow built in 1927 five minutes from XNA. It's completely remodeled and decorated in an eclectic style with ship lap throughout. The cottage has two bedrooms and a full bath with an artisan crafted shower. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and brand new full sized appliances. Our sunroom, situated on a large corner lawn, overlooks a small traditional "red" barn with covered patio and fire pit ,perfect for entertaining and enjoying an Ozark evening.

This fully stocked home is conveniently close to all things Northwest Arkansas in a quiet neighborhood. Just down the road from Top Golf, the AMP and the promenade mall, you can be anywhere within minutes. Comfortable for weekend get away with friends, family friendly and business travel ready. The fenced backyard is an oasis with a gas grill, firepit, benches, and table. We welcome pets as well! Garage is great for bikers and conveniently just down the road from the Greenway bike path.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests.

Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Our space is unique with its vintage flair and new, cozy comforts. We're close to all of the newly-developed areas in Rogers, and our charming downtown isn't far.
