If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

All attractions are within walking distance as well as best cafes, restaurants and even Castle Hill park. House built around 1700 represents a historic monument where in 1911 a famous drugstore 'Drogerija Kanc' was founded by my G-G-father. Nowadays, thick walls represent the best ecological/sustainable protection against heat and noise - so no air conditioning. Welcome!

As soon as you leave the apartment, you are set in front of Shoemakers' Bridge. When staying in the apartment you can always be in the middle of happening in no time, with restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, while still having quiet time in the apartment. We are happy to offer our guests a place that can make them feel at home.

Cosy studio is located in the city centre, next to the river Ljubljanica with free Wi-Fi access. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the famous Prešeren square, Triple Bridge and local marketplace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. The apartment has a bedroom and a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a desk. There is an equipped kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and dining table, a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.
