This year-round getaway is great for a family vacation, girls or couples trip . This impeccable home sleeps 6 and is in an ideal location. A short 10 minute drive to beaches, 2 min walk to BarreCoast, High Tide Juice Bar, Pizza, Junk Java Coffee Shop, 5 min drive to downtown restaurants, nightlife and Wilcox Park. 20 minutes from casinos.

Nestled down a private road, enjoy a lovely waterfront home with sweeping 180 degree views of Potter’s Pond. Newly renovated and meticulously decorated. Unwind and relax on the back deck watching the extensive variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. Spend your days exploring the pond in kayaks or try your hand at clamming, steps from the house. Located 1 mile from East Matunuck Beach, 1 mile from Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts. Walking distance to the renowned Matunuck Oyster Bar.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

The detached bunkhouse has 3 single beds and is available for larger groups (summer only) Very peaceful lakeside location just 238 feet from Beach Pond. Walking distance to trails. Visit our 6 horses. Not a secluded space so make sure to look at the photos to see the layout of other nearby buildings. Please read all the details!
