The Private Main Floor of the House has two rooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a living/dining room, and some necessary kitchen appliances (no kitchen and sink). It is near numerous services, including restaurants, etc - Your Happy Place. Note: From Jun 15, 2025 to Aug 31, 2025, the check-in time is 4:00 PM.

PRIVATE two room suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. One room has a double bed the other room has a king sized bed, dining table and (queen-pull out) couch. Suite includes well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Also, AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Local friendly hosts. Not suitable for parties.

Road Runner’s Rest - Suite

Road Runner’s Rest is a spacious walkout basement suite, centrally located for ease of travel in PEI. The suite features your own private entrance, a large living area with a 75” tv, a large master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a kitchenette. Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. There is one dog that lives on the property.

It is in a perfect and quiet location for those with a vehicle and wanting to visit areas close to Summerside, PEI.
