Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Directly opposite Blagdon Church, with beautiful walks to be discovered nearby and of course a stunning view of Blagdon lake. The New Inn Pub (next door) is run by Yeo Valley, offers lunch and dinner as well as breathtaking panoramic views of the lake over a drink in the gardens. The Studio is a 5 minute drive from Combe Lodge and Aldwick and a 30 minute walk away. Perfect for wedding guests. Bristol Airport is a 10 minute drive away

Little 3 bed converted barn on top of Cheddar George, Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Countryside walks are right outside your doorstep taking you to the wonderful Mendip views. Popular location for cyclists and dog walkers. This countryside get away can feel secluded to some and mobile signal can be poor. However, the cottage has TrueSpeed fibre WiFi. 1 master bedroom with en suite (Please note this is the only bathroom) 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
