During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley on its own private 10 acres, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Cottage is super cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more, relax in front of the fireplace inside, or if you prefer the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace mosey on out to the outdoor fireplace pavilion. Come meet our resident horses, nothing like a little horse therapy. There is a Mini split a/c located in kitchen area not in bedroom.

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

The Paradise Valley is 60 miles of stunning landscape and wilderness and schoolhouse is right in the middle of it all.

We have comfortable beds.There are two full baths, 1 master bath with a large tub and full shower, and 1 full bath on main floor, W/D in closet in first floor bath. We rent to vacation guests.
