Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Come relax in our quiet piece of island life. 2 bedrooms (2 full beds) and a sunroom to spread out and relax (2 twin beds). Sleeps up to 6. Assateague beach, wildlife refuge is 5 miles from the house. Lots to do in season and a relaxing getaway off season. Kitchen is stocked with supplies to cook up a seafood dinner if you want a quiet night at home. Bright and cheery living area with cozy bedrooms. Spacious sunroom to relax or socialize. Deck to seat up to 5 adults, bring bug spray in season.

Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

Rumbley Cottage on the Tangier Sound-Private Beach

Three shorter stays available: July 19-21, October 23-26 and November 11-14. Message me so I can send special invite. Rumbley Cottage, a custom-built home, provides a quiet stay in nature. Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE.
