Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

PARTY POLICY: The Lodge is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Affordable, clean bedroom space! Head to the beach all day and then downtown for some night life! Please be aware there may be noise from other guests staying. This is a shared home with other Airbnb guests. We do provide a fan and noise machine to help with noise prevention! **Can only accommodate one car for parking** There is a church down the street that guests have parked at before and haven't had an issue. **We are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle**
