Access to the wider garden with tennis court, hot tub and woodland. Kingswood station 5 minute walk, Kingswood golf course is a 3 minute walk. Coulsdon South, Epsom and Sutton stations are all bout 12 minutes away. Well equipped kitchen, shower room, bedroom/sitting room. Comprises one double bed and one pull out camp bed. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
