Modern, comfortable self contained living space

Little Halcyon is located in the Anchorage area, West Mersea. Just a short stroll from the beach, local pubs, restaurants and the village. It is a cosy, self contained, newly renovated annexe in 2021 with it's own private entrance and off street parking. Inside you have a sitting room with a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Old Maltings Annex

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave

The Cartlodge

The Cartlodge is a well presented suite, comprising of a cosy sitting room with 50 inch LED smart TV, bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed and spacious shower room. Stylishly decorated with quality furnishings. Located in a rural village with country pub. Ideal base for many local wedding venues, 23 miles from Stansted airport, just 2.4 miles from Witham mainline railway station (40 mins to London). Little Braxted is situated 12 miles north of Chelmsford and 14 miles south of Colchester.

Orchard Retreat - Tolleshunt Knights, Parking Wifi

Escape into our tranquil Orchard Retreat in a rural Essex Village. This is a self contained annexe with a charming cozy feel. This home is perfect for relaxation and exploration of the surrounding areas. Ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful getaway. There are local supermarkets, plenty of takeaways & a couple of pubs within a 5 minute drive in nearby Tiptree. Also 15 min drive from Kelvedon station, with trains to London. There are some lovely walks on the door step.

The Garden Studio

Our characterful Studio B&B is nestled in our garden at St. Catherine’s Hall, with its own small private garden. We are 2 minutes from Melford’s main Street but on the edge of the countryside, which offers some wonderful walks. Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall, the lovely Holy Trinity Church, 2 antique warehouses, 8 pubs with restaurants and numerous tea shops are all within walking distance. Lavenham and Clare are only a short drive away. Breakfast is an option in our country kitchen @ £12pp

Edies Retreat - ideal for a staycation

Edies retreat is a comfortable, self contained studio apartment, set in a small hamlet of houses at the end of a lane adjacent to a farmers field and apple orchard, on the edge of Dedham Vale AONB. Perfect for relaxing or a more active holiday. Walking, cycling and canoeing can all be enjoyed locally. There are plenty of fascinating local villages and towns to visit if history is your thing. Orchard Cottage - Farmhouse Annexe

Orchard Cottage is a recently built, self contained three bedroom annexe to a grade II listed 16th Century farmhouse, located on a working farm in close proximity to the village of Castle Hedingham in North Essex. . The location is an ideal access point to the nearby towns and villages in the Suffolk/Essex borders such as Lavenham, Long Melford, Sudbury, Finchingfield, Braintree and further afield Colchester, Newmarket, and Cambridge. As well as many local wedding venues.

The Studio Suite

The Studio is modern self-contained bed and breakfast suite in a village location 5 minutes off the A12 road 7 miles SW of Ipswich on the Suffolk/Essex borders. Ideal for an short stay or a longer visit to explore the beautiful countryside. A spacious Bed-sitting room with double bed, well equipped shower room, kitchenette. Own front door access with parking adjacent. Food for a light self- catering breakfast. A well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement.

We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. There is a smartTV as well as WiFi.

The Nook - Anchorage location

Located in the sought after anchorage area of Mersea Island. The Nook is a 2 minute walk to the beach and local eateries, a 5 minute walk to the village and a 5 minute drive to East Mersea. The Nook is a cosy self contained cabin for two guests, with it’s own private entrance, king size bed, shower room, with tea and coffee making facilities along with off road parking for one car.
