Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Tibbs Farm is a short drive and offers scrumptious breakfasts and lunches. If longer stays required during the week please contact me directly so I can open up on my calendar for you to book.

Bourne Farm Oasthouse is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland - enjoy the oasts comfy beds, cozy interior with open plan living/dining with plenty of light, the serenity, the solitude. The Oasthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, families & pets v welcome. Four Poster master suite adjoins pink bathroom Pair Swedish XL twin beds adjoins wet room K/S bed on mezzanine en suite- access via steep ladder (ideal for the more robust amongst us)! NB 2 bathroom sit within central roundel

Tenterden -Stunning 3 bedroom Lakeside Lodge

Breathtaking lakeside lodge, 10 minute walk to the centre of Tenterden with cafes/bars and restaurants. Less than 3 minute drive to Chapel Down. Close to Rye, Camber Sands and National Trust Properties. Modern 3 bedroom accommodation with kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. Ample parking. Unsuitable for children under 7 years (sits over body of water) or pets.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Stunning cottage overlooking Bodiam Castle

Lavender House is a beautifully restored period cottage in the heart of Ewhurst Green, with views over the iconic Bodiam Castle, one of the most photographed landmarks in East Sussex. Quirky cottage charm meets modern comfort throughout: bright, airy rooms, exposed character features and everything you need for a genuinely relaxing stay. Two generous outdoor spaces make the most of the sunshine, and the White Dog pub is literally 100 metres from the front - this property is one of a kind!

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. Peaceful, with good views, great walks, 2 sitting rooms, big cosy log burning stove, big fluffy towels & dressing gowns, 600TC sheets, super comfy bed, plumped pillows, 2 big smart TVs, wifi & Sonos. Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.

Gordon's View Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.
