One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Casey’s Bear Den has bear decor and is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple. Guests can enjoy their own private bathroom and prepare light meals in the kitchenette. There is a porch to sit on and a barbecue grill close by. There are fire pits and lawn chairs available. We provide all the linens shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The cabin has dishes, toaster oven, microwave, and even a crockpot.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
