The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Nestled amongst trees at the bottom of our garden in Hollingbury, you’ll have your own access, outdoor patio with bbq and fire pit on request, shower room and kitchenette with a fridge and hob. Chill, work, or use it as a base for exploring Brighton and the Downs. Studio room with small double sofa bed overlooking the garden and woodland. We are also close to some lovely walks, and 3 buses stop outside the main house for a 30-minute trip into the centre of town

Kelowna - Sussex 5-bed house

Kelowna is a delightful 5-bedroom detached home in West Sussex, near Haywards Heath and villages such as Ditchling, Lindfield, Cuckfield and Hurstpierpoint. The open-plan kitchen and dining area flows into a games room with a slate-bed pool table, and a lounge with comfy seating, an inglenook fireplace with log burner, Wi-Fi, and a 65″ TV. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large garden and driveway parking for 4 cars.
