Purchased in the summer of 2024; the entirety of the home has been professionally renovated. A quick 15 minute drive to both UCONN and Eastern, the property is both secluded, but not too far from the beaten path. Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit, kayaks, and two main beaches.

Boondocks Oasis On The River

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a beautiful river on property where you can swim safely, fish and float down. Only 2-3 feet deep so fun for kids. Fire pit, lighted gazebo and lots of wildlife-nothing better than waking up to see deer in the orchard, hear the peeper frogs at night or watch birds making their nests. There is a shelter near the river with a campfire to enjoy. Located at the end of dead end road so safe for kids to play or ride bikes.

Our recently renovated lake house is situated on 1.5 acres just 250 steps to the Cove Road boat launch on beautiful Amston Lake. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Lebanon and Hebron, CT. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and sunbathing are all activities you can enjoy.
