The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. Located 4 houses from Narragansett Bay and 1 mile to the famous "Sunset Beach" (thus all the sunset pictures), you can ride bikes or drive to beach, come home for lunch/nap and return in the afternoon or sunset cocktails! Note: This house is not winterized—it does not have a heating system. Electric baseboard is not connected to power. Window AC in living/dining and each bedroom.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
