This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a purpose built shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. This dog secure area has an outdoor patio and small sheltered sitting shelter. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
