Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Welcome to South Lockbarn Cabin which is a converted barn situated in the South Downs National Park and Downs Link. The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. The cabin is close to Steyning and Bramber historic market towns that offers a range of restaurants, pubs and local shops. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. The White House in steyning is a period cottage arranged over split levels with direct access to footpaths leading to the South Downs Way. Located on a quiet country lane offering a rural and tranquil setting within a 5 min walking distance to the beautiful historic market town of Steyning with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and regular farmers markets. The White House enjoys a lovely private garden with far reaching views, a courtyard and bbq and seating area.

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
