Welcome to The Wheelhouse! My name is Natalie and I am 12 years old. Me and my brothers and sister saved up our PFD money and bought a rental house. When we bought the house it was in pretty bad shape. So we ripped everything out and remodeled it as a family. The money we make will go into our bank accounts for college savings. We kids will be your hosts and if you have any needs or concerns, or if you are not satisfied call us! We will of course have parents to back us up, if needed.

Walking distance to anything ~ mountains, ocean, harbor, grocery stores, restaurants, trails. all right outside the front door (basically). This unit is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment that has been completely remodeled and updated. Enjoy this lovely new space with brand new everything!right next door to this unit is our other two-bedroom bnb option. Laundry on site.

Welcome to your perfect Cordovan retreat. Located right in town, you can stroll to the store or hike up to the ski hill. The deck is perfect for having a cocktail or bird watching. Visit Cordova and stay in this cute 1 br 1 ba apartment with beautiful views of Orca Inlet, Spike Island, and Cordova's brand new working harbor. Plenty of parking. Owners are upstairs in the attached house but the apartment is all yours with a separate entrance. Bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. Folding bed available in bedroom closet. Futon couch in living room can be opened for extra sleeping space. Full size fridge, stove/oven and stackable washer/dryer in unit.

Hucklebeary House

Tucked away in the woods next to a bubbling stream, Hucklebeary House is a peaceful 2 bedroom house located a mile and a half from downtown. In the fall, the stream can overflow with pink salmon so watch for the occasional black bear searching for huckleberries or grabbing a quick fish snack. We provide a cozy base to relax with full bath, washer and dryer, a Roku TV, a chest freezer for your convenience, and a deck with chairs overlooking the stream and backyard.

Harbor View Home in downtown location

3 story newer home within 5 min of walking anywhere in down town Cordova. View home overlooking the harbor. 5 min walk to reluctant, anchor bar and grill, ok, community center, pool, bidarki gym. Master bedroom has king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a common playroom with twin bed. Also have a sofa in living room. Master bedroom has a soaking jacuzzi tub with window overlooking harbor. all bedrooms have views. small landscaped yard with sauna.

Brown Bear Cabin on the Eyak River

This spacious cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Our Brown Bear Cabin was built from spruce trees milled from our property. Upstairs loft with 4 single beds, downstairs bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds. Bathroom w/ shower, full kitchen, BBQ, chest freezer, internet, cable and DVD player. There is parking right next to your cabin. You are just a few steps away from the sparkling emerald-green Eyak River! *NO parties, cabin is only for paying guests*
