Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

From reading quietly to watching the sunset from the rooftop — this is your space to slow down and feel at home. All apartments overlook Plaza Candelaria and preserve their original 19th-century wooden ceilings, complemented by traditional Moroccan tile floors that add warmth and character. You’ll have access to the entire house, including the rooftop terrace with cozy seating areas — ideal for relaxing in privacy. From middle of the historic old town it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, playa, market hall and railway station. Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square. Within just two minutes’ walk, you’ll find grocery stores, several cafés, excellent restaurants and everything you need.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in this wonderful city. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, utensils included of course. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!). Finally, in the living room you will have a sofa bed for two people and a TV to fall asleep if you have a sleepless night. By the way, free WIFI included! If you have an emergency and need to wash something, don't worry, in the common areas we have a free washing machine at the customer's disposal.
