Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Walking distance to the village shop/pubs 7 mins across the garden and hill. Freezer in garage. Nespresso and pods.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

Situated at the base of the Surrey hills and a few minutes walk into Cranleigh village, a modern newly refurbished bedroom/studio with super king-size bed, self-catering facilities, shower/bathroom area and desk with Wifi. Separate entrance access to the main house and off-street parking available. There is also a safe place to park and lock bikes or bring them inside the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request for special small humans!

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.
