Relax by one of the gas fireplaces indoors or on the patio and read a book, play a game, watch a movie. There’s no cell service but we do have Wi-Fi at the cabin. Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Enjoy privacy and be close to nature at the base of Keystone Mountain. Far enough to feel like you are away from it all, close enough to experience all the Kootenays have to offer. Close to world class ski hills and backcountry skiing, excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities and even private hiking trails right out your door.

You wake up from your antique bedroom suite pour a cup of coffee and walk out onto the deck to look over the beach below beyond the waters of Kootenay lake. Kayaks, Paddle boards and a Pedal boat or a little fishing as well. There are quite a few books here perhaps pick one and lie on the beach in that comfy lounger. Twenty minutes up the lake is Kokanee Springs golf course. Your neighbour above the beach is an Eagle Family.
