Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

It has a large lounge with two sofas, a tv, and a dining seating area, a well equipped kitchen with an under counter fridge freezer, oven and hobs and a bathroom with a shower and bath.

South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West.
