The Barnyard

Recently built, with the focus on creating a high end holiday home which has been equipped to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the wine producing area of the Kent countryside, with many local pubs and restaurants only a gentle stroll away. The beautiful contemporary design, with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors serve to provide a relaxing and stylish vacation for up to six guests.

The Sheepcote, our brand new spacious shepherds hut, is based in the Kent High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Its the perfect place for a romantic break.

The Barn

Spacious studio style accommodation, available since Sept 2024, located in the heart of the Kent countryside for a perfect break. Close to Goudhurst and Marden, accessible to Balfour Winery, Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle etc. The space has a king size bed, kitchen area with essentials including a microwave oven/ grill and fridge, shower room and separate toilet and basin. Towels provided. Please note this is a no smoking property and available for 2 adults only and no pets.

The Lodge

**Please note: Airbnb now includes its fees within the nightly rate. We have NOT increased our prices. Cosy barn-style accommodation nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside. Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Little Batchelors - Idyllic escape

Set in the grounds of a stunning 400 year old Tudor Hall and gardens, this beautiful new property is 1.5 miles away from the gorgeous Sissinghurst Castle Garden and within easy reach of Biddenden, with its renowned vineyard and Michelin starred restaurant. A perfect setting for couples, small families or friends. It has a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with doors onto a decked terrace and two en-suite double bedrooms, with ample room for parking.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Summer House

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.
