This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Det finns även en busshållplats till Mörby Centrum som snabbt tar dig till centrala Stockholm. Det finns en 120 cm bred säng, en 90 cm, och en bäddsoffa. Vid ankomst är sängarna nybäddade, och städning på avresedagen ingår. En enklare frukost ingår (bröd, smör, ost, skinka, och yoghurt). Området är lugnt och trevligt. Lägenheten är djur och rökfri.
