Two bedrooms with double beds, and an air mattress that can be set up in the office. One bathroom. The office provides space for tele-work and there is WiFi and a printer. You will have use of the kitchen and laundry. There is a park 2 blocks away, and you’re walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Davidson College.

Welcome to Downtown Davidson. This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is close to everything. 10 min walk to Main St and all of what Downtown Davidson has to offer. It has a very comfortable nook where you can enjoy the TV, a good book, or even take a short nap. The large deck offers a great view over the property and has two rocking chairs as well as a bistro table for eating at.
