The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with French doors opening to your own outdoor area. The first floor features the bathroom, an open plan stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a built-in cabin-style full-size single bed for little sailors or adults. Parking permit supplied for the main town car park in Mayors Avenue.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.
