Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

Comfortable 6-birth caravan just a 10 minute walk away from Dawlish Warren Beach and local ameneties. The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
