It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

2. 5 bedroom lower ground flat nr Sefton Park. 1,000 sq ft. Study/office area. FAST WIFI. Chromecast, projector & Bluetooth speaker. 2 big bedrooms and a 20 foot kitchen diner, with IKEA Bellinge sofabed. Kitchen with range cooker. Microwave. Dusk hybrid mattresses new for 2026. There's an additional room off one of the double bedrooms, with a small sofa bed which sleeps one adult, but better for children. Travel cot. Garden access. Dogs allowed, but not to be left unattended. Five guests max.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

The Houseboat sits Marina side among its own floating community - minutes from central Liverpool including the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Liverpool Cathedral, and the trendy Baltic Triangle. You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
