Home of the Renaissance Festival and 1/2 way in between Denver and Colorado Springs. Within a 30 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds & of course, Pikes Peak. Also about a 35 minute drive to hit South Denver. Enjoy the serene views of overlooking ranching fields through the pines in a comfortable, warm setting. Simple living indeed!

Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
