Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

Days trips possible to Bath, Bristol and Exeter, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. Corner House is a beautiful early 18th Century thatched cottage with characterful rooms and a luxury Shepherds Hut in the grounds including a Swedish sauna. Corner House has plenty of rural charm, surrounded by a picturesque rose garden and secluded lawn. The house offers 2 double bedrooms for guests. One room is ensuite on the ground floor. the other on the first floor with a private bathroom. The Shepherds hut is en suite. Tea and coffee. Breakfast included for Blue and Green rooms WiFi

Enjoy a stylish and homely experience at this completely newly renovated flat located in the centre of Ilminster in Somerset within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideally located to explore the beautiful town of Ilminster and Alice Temperley's Phoenix Studios shops as well as the surrounding towns and villages like Bruton, Frome and Castle Cary. The flat is also only half an hour from Lyme Regis on the south coast. Owner on site as we run the interiors and fashion shop below.

Parking, peace and quiet and use of a pretty courtyard garden, it's the perfect place to break a journey or stay for longer to explore the glorious countryside or visit the Jurassic Coast.

Hillview

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Located off the beaten track and down a quiet country lane, Hillview is a comfortable and well-appointed bungalow, perfectly situated for exploring the Somerset Levels and Moors and the delights of this magical county. Hillview is situated in Martock and offers a garden/barbecue facilities. Guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Electric vehicle charging NOT available.

Uplands Jurassic Guest House

Private Guest House suite in a beautiful Victorian Villa, with pretty garden and private use of patio and outdoor dining area with fire pit. It’s like a small luxury hotel room, decorated luxuriously with Divine Savages fabrics, Pendelton towels, a comfy bed with The White Company pillows and the softest Piglet in Bed bedlinen. Room service and breakfast will usually be available if I am on site. You can arrive whatever time you like after 3pm check in.

The Potting Shed, Luxury Barn Conversion

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.

Annexe - self contained with own front door.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
