This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards) The private backyard and fire pit are only for the use of the first floor family.

Our Contemporary Cottages, at Seagull, gracefully sits on a grassy 11 acre bluff with panoramic views of the Rachel Carson Refuge and the Atlantic Ocean. This tastefully decorated cottages offer air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas grill, cable TV, skylights, and a large screened in porch with sliding glass doors opening into the livingroom and master bedroom. Cottage has a great pool/hot tub. WIth ocean view and comfortably accommodates six guests.
