Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Neben diesen individuell eingerichteten Zimmern gibt es im Erdgeschoss einen Gesellschaftsraum im historischen Ambiente, welcher sich mit der dazugehörigen Verandaküche hervorragend für Feiern, Veranstaltungen und gemeinsame Treffen eignet. Die 50 m² große Hauptterrasse steht Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung.

Die moderne Villa und das gesamte Grundstück befinden sich in exklusiver Lage und wird an Sie komplett vermietet (keine anderen Bewohner!). Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.
