Charming fully equipped home 5min to Peak District
Welcome to my lovely home in Totley which hosts up to five guests, infant and child friendly, just 5 minutes away from the stunning Peak District, 20 min drive to Chatsworth and Bakewell. Dore and Dronfield are within 10 min drive and Sheffield city centre 5 miles away. Bus stop to Bakewell is 2-min walk. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need for your self-catering stay. Walking distance to the chippy, local cafés, shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking, Pets welcome.

Chatsworth Cottage
Situated on the edge of the Peak District Park, this is the ideal base for exploring Derbyshire. The Cottage is situated on Chatsworth Road just 10 minutes drive from the ‘Palace of the Peak District’. A short journey and you will discover other wonders of the Peak at places like Matlock, Bakewell, Castleton and Buxton. The historic market town of Chesterfield and the famous Crooked Spire is just a 20 minute walk down the Brampton Mile where you will find some great places to shop, eat & drink.

Garden Loft/Studio Sleeps 2
Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

Springwood Cottage Private and Unique
Springwood Cottage is ideally situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Derbyshire is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden area with parking outside. The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome. A deluxe super kingsized bed (6 x6 foot) with the most up to date memory foam layered mattress, featuring a sofa bed in the lounge which also is built to the highest standard from Darlings of Chelsea.

This beautiful town house is located right on the edge of the Peak District and within walking distance to Chesterfield's iconic Market Town. This 2 bedroomed modern home has everything you need and is the perfect base for visiting all the local attractions Derbyshire has to offer. The locations boasts a 20 min drive to the well loved Peak District. Along with all the wonderful bars, restaurants, gift & coffee shops just a short walk away. Chesterfield's Golf course is just 15min drive away.

Stay in our delightful country house. 2 double beds. TV/DVD. Bathroom with WC, basin + electric shower. Landing with click clack sofa bed. Sole use of snooker room and bar area. We can set up a the sofa bed for an extra guest, making a maximum of 5 (extra cost for 3rd, 4th and 5th guests). Microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, toaster. Wifi. Driveway parking space. On the edge of the Peak District. 6 miles from Sheffield city centre. 9 miles from Bakewell. So much to see and do!

The Garden Room
The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Exclusive & Beautiful Modern Studio Flat
Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

The Old Bank Luxury Serviced Apartment Derbyshire
This is a 2 bedroom, recently renovated, luxury serviced apartment. We can accommodate up to 4 guests with a super comfy king sized bed with 50” smart TV, 2nd bedroom 2 single beds and 43” smart TV. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen with washer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and table / chairs for 4 people. Stunning en-suite walk in shower room refurbished to the highest standard! Full bathroom with bath and shower. We also offer discounts for stays longer than 2 nights.

Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

The Milking Parlour is a single storey studio, it is in a quiet enclave composing of a farmhouse, and various renovated farm buildings making up 4 residences. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
