Welcome to my lovely home in Totley which hosts up to five guests, infant and child friendly, just 5 minutes away from the stunning Peak District, 20 min drive to Chatsworth and Bakewell. Dore and Dronfield are within 10 min drive and Sheffield city centre 5 miles away. Bus stop to Bakewell is 2-min walk. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need for your self-catering stay. Walking distance to the chippy, local cafés, shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking, Pets welcome.

Garden Loft/Studio Sleeps 2

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Barlow Country Club - Bluebell Cottage

This self catering cottage is situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow near the Peak District National Park. The cottage is close to the village with 2 pubs and set in 50 acres of woodland teeming with birds and wildlife. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: With electric hob &oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV, bedroom with super king size bed(twin beds are available on request) and fold away table and 2 chairs. Cot and high chair available on request. Wi-Fi available. Parking.

Exclusive & Beautiful Modern Studio Flat

Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.

Car parking for 1 vehicle available. 5 minute walk to Ringwood Hall, Canal, 3 takeaways and the Hollingwood Public House. 5 minute drive to M1 junction29a. Room has free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, television, microwave, fridge, clothes rail and 2 chest of drawers. Towels and bedding provided.

Tastefully furnished to a very good standard throughout, the open-plan living space has a small/compact kitchen area with a combi/microwave oven and hob. Its stunning beamed vaulted ceiling creates a warm and cosy social environment.

The Old Rectory Barn is situated in Dronfield Village’s conservation area. Originally built in Tudor times, the Barn has been completely renovated over the past few years. It is attached the Old Rectory which is a historic Georgian residence and set in grounds of around an acre. The property is a few mins walk away from several restaurants, pubs and shops.
