DIRECT WATERFRONT in-town beach house with walk-out beach and onsite private parking. This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story house is located directly across the street from the famous Black Dog Tavern, right on the bustling year-round Vineyard Haven harbor. This property is no doubt one of the most unique residential properties on Martha’s Vineyard given its proximity to the harbor, ferry terminal, stores, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches & so much more. You will love it!

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Pinkletink Plantation

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than a mile from the heart of Oak Bluffs and Circuit Ave., where you'll find all the famous restaurants, harbor & night life. A half mile from Eastville Beach (fabulous sunsets). Take a morning stroll around "the chop"-East Chop & walk or run a 5K. Less than 2.5 miles from Farm Neck Golf Club- & 2.5 miles to State Beach. It has a well equipped kitchen, laundry, outside shower, & back yard!

Nestled between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven harbors, our relaxing suite is a perfect way to extend your weekly rental, or to enjoy a day or two on this special island we call The Rock. Our cozy guest suite, newly renovated has two bedrooms, living space, kitchenette, full bath, deck with grill, outdoor shower, and footwash (hot H20), W/D (in unit) and a private entrance. An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!

Island Home. Secluded guest house in spacious yard

A secluded guest house with southern views over an expansive garden. Two blocks to downtown, the ferry, town pier and beach, restaurants, and public transportation to the rest of the island. This property is a refuge in Vineyard Haven’s historic district. Use our bikes to explore the island, or enjoy the short walk down Main Street to town beaches and fine dining. On site parking is available, or leave your car on the mainland and enjoy the easy walk from the ferry.

Enjoy a beautiful space on a quiet road exactly 1 mile from Vineyard Haven town center. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a large deck, yard, outdoor shower & Weber grill. Owen Little public beach is a 3 minute walk. Our home is also available to rent on a monthly basis. Please note that there is an apartment on the first floor with full time renters. The only shared space is the driveway.
