You are a short walk from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, the Shining Sea Bikeway, and only 1/3 mile to Stoney Beach. A perfect opportunity for relaxation and activity, along with excellent dining options and fresh ocean breezes.

A five minute drive to Falmouth Main Street which offers amazing restaurants and shops. In the other direction, another five minute drive will bring you to the historical seaside village of Woods Hole, home to world renowned scientists, numerous beaches, restaurants, museums, an aquarium and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry.

This sunny, airy cottage is a five-minute walk to the Village and 2 minutes to the beach. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer.

We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
