Tranquil Lodge is a private annexe beside our home in Minster-on-Sea, overlooking open fields where rabbits and horses are often spotted. Ideal for two (flexible for three), with a king bed and single sofa bed, plus baby items on request. Just a 10-minute walk to the cliffs + beach, with country and coastal walks from the door. Fully equipped kitchen, parking, garden, EV charging, vanity/desk, Wi-Fi + TV with Apple TV (guests sign into their own apps). A calm base for exploring Minster and Kent.

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Off-road dog walks right from the garden & footpaths winding through orchards and marshland. Easy access to London, Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable & the Kent coast & many other venues.

Grand Bubble

Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. However, we are also spoilt for things to do locally and have some terrific pubs/ restaurants. “We loved hearing the owl sending us to sleep” “this was without doubt the best place I've ever stayed! A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.
