In the attic there are two single beds. Its large veranda overlooks the pool and the magnificent blue of the Ionian Sea! Αυτό το μοναδικό πέτρινο σπίτι χτίστηκε αρχικά το 1865! Φυσικα ανακαινίστηκε το 2024 απο την αρχή, στην ουσία με νέα ανέργεση. Εχει 3 κρεβατοκάμαρες που είναι στον πρώτο όροφο και στη σοφίτα. Στο ισόγειο έχει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κουζίνα. Συνολικά έχει 3 τουαλέτες , οι 2 μέσα στα δωμάτια και η μια στο ισόγειο. Επίσης υπάρχει καναπές κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα χαρίζει μοναδική θέα σε όλη τη Λευκάδα και ο κήπος είναι προσεγμένος.
