Recently renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en-suite), a big kitchen for socialising in and a Mediterranean-style gardens located on a quiet residential road. We are 20 min walk to Woolwich Station. From here you can get to the Excel (4mins), Canary Wharf (8mins), Liverpool St (15mins), Tottenham Court Rd (20mins), Paddington (26mins), Heathrow (50mins).

The perfect, peaceful countryside location to unwind and relax, yet Harlow & Epping towns are just a short drive. Nearest train stations are Epping, Harlow Town, Harlow Mill, 15 mins by car. The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.
