Spacious private guest suite with its own entrance, completely separate from the main house. We are usually on the property but rarely see our guests, offering plenty of privacy. The entrance is at the end of the driveway with parking right outside your door. A quiet neighborhood across from a park with a shaded ½-mile walking path, benches, and playground. Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
