The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Recently converted Nissen Barn on beautiful farm

The recently converted Nissen Barn is located on a farm in its own private meadow. The barn is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside - rolling hills, ancient trees, wildflowers and grasses, hedgerows, horses and sheep. The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or a couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!

The annexe is an open plan, 1st floor, ‘loft’ space, separate to the main house and set in 9 acres of meadows. A quiet place to relax and use as a base to explore East Anglia. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you can walk the Stour Valley Path, cycle to nearby villages like Lavenham or Long Melford, or paddle board along the Stour River opposite. Horse riding and horseback archery close to property. Full size pool table for entertainment. Oh, and 2 fab pubs just a mile away!

Wrenwood is a well presented, riverside cottage in the quaint historic town of Clare. At over 250 years old and recently renovated, it is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Situated along a quiet footpath, next to the River Stour and a few minutes walk from the High Street, it is conveniently placed to explore the delights of the Suffolk and Essex countryside. With its inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and cosy rooms, it exudes country charm.

Owl cabin is a luxury glamping 1 king bedroom cabin. Owl cabin can comfortably sleep 2 people but also has the capacity to sleep up to 4 upon request. The cabin contains a lounge and dining area, a kitchen area, a shower room and a W.C. The cabin is situated in the heart of Essex countryside next to a peaceful lake.
