Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) In qualunque momento del giorno sono a loro completa disposizione pronto a consigliarli , aiutarli o a raggiungerli , qualora avessero bisogno o urgenze o lo desiderassero. L'appartamento è meraviglioso e situato nel quartiere più importante del centro storico.Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti più importanti della città e della Storia. Consiglio vivamente la cucina toscana, cui ne sarei onorato a consigliarvi alcuni ristorantini tipici Fiorentini. Accanto all'appartamento, si trovano i negozi con i migliori marchi di moda del mondo. Essendo in una aerea esclusivamente pedonale , per muoversi con mezzi motorizzati , è possibile chiamare un Taxi , oppure spostarsi con gli autobus. Per chi arriva in macchina , è obbligatorio prenotare il posto auto al Garage di nostra fiducia. Basta informare me , ed io provvederò a fare ciò ed ad informarvi dell'indirizzo, costi e come fare ad raggiungerlo. Dallo appartamento , il Garage , dista a metri 150. NOTA BENE : Importantissimo : Chiedo di essere informato : 1) orario del vostro arrivo ; 2) la disposizione dei letti ((URL HIDDEN) Se si desidera anticipare il Check-in, in molti casi è possibile farlo. Dalle ore 10:30 am , io offro la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento , spiegare il funzionamento dello appartamento , prendere le chiavi ed andare a visitare subito la città. Io mi occuperò di consegnare lo appartamento perfettamente pulito ed organizzato ( in base alle vostre richieste ), ed alle (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) pm ) l'appartamento perfetto ed io uscire dallo appartamento chiudendo la porta dietro di me . Chiedete pure. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti ed i più importanti Un esempio = Quando si lascia la porta dell'edificio: - sulla sinistra dopo 30 metri vi troverete in Piazza Signoria con il Museo degli Uffizi e Palazzo Vecchio, se proseguite per 70 metri vi troverete ad attraversare Ponte Vecchio. - sulla destra vi troverete a 3 minuti dalla Cattedrale del Duomo.

Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. Fast trains are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip in Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.
