You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to historic Water Street and the quaint downtown. Great small town shopping at numerous antique shops, artists studios and a wide selection of restaurants. Easy access to the highway. 20 minutes to Providence, 35 minutes to Newport, 1 -1/2 hrs. to Cape Cod.

There is a private entrance plus a slider out to the patio (yours during your visit), with our expansive gardens. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..
