You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

This child-friendly home is situated in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk away from the sea and a vast meadow leading up to a secluded beach. Walking trails all around. Elfvik nature reserve also starts right around the corner. House includes a bright and cosy double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, another bedroom for kids, TV, books, wi-fi, and your two bathrooms. Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu och pingisbord.

Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte.
