Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 minutes with Newcastle port and its famous surf beaches only 25 minutes, so why aren't you here?

Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Host on hand.. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through.

Lily's On The Lake

Our charming studio is only 3 meters from the lapping waters edge of Lake Macquarie. Just relax and watch the yachts sail by, magnificent views. It's quite romantic to sit in the moonlight and feel the lake breeze in the evening. Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. A row of gourmet cafe/restaurants that face the lake.

An incredibly peaceful, calm cottage just meters from the waterfront of beautiful Lake Macquarie. Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.

Welcome to our Kookaburra Cabin! It is a studio cabin with a soft Queen bed, Kitchen, Bathroom with full shower, TV (Netflix and Disney+ and a table for two.) The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with on street parking available or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable.
