Walking distance to Belfast city centre, Queens University, Botanic Gardens, Stranmillis & Lisburn Road. The residence is part of a larger family home. It has it's own entrance which opens on to a galley style kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities. The luxurious bathroom has separate shower and bath along with 2 sinks. The residence is next to a main bus route and has on street parking.
