Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Let us know in advance if you have a problem with these relating to allergies The Annex is not accessible for wheelchairs

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
