Fifteen minutes from Charlottetown, it is still very much in rural Prince Edward Island, next to a quiet, red dirt road and a beautiful beach with warm waters, and views that stretch out to the lighthouse at Point Prim, and beyond to the Northumberland Strait and the vast Atlantic ocean! Dune Vista Cottage

Exceptional views throughout; Bright natural light; soaring vaulted ceilings; sleeps up to six (6) people. The decks offer views of the sand dunes, ocean, and harbour or the gardens. The main level has a modern chef's kitchen, informal dining, two living areas with pullout sofa beds, one queen, and the other double. The full laundry and a bathroom with a shower are located on this level. The upper-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 38-inch TV, a loft and deck with panoramic ocean views.

Stay in our attached in-law suite, with its own private entrance and parking. This riverside property is in a quiet location, with access to the water included. Soak up nightly sunsets on the Hillsborough River, and cozy up with a campfire in the evenings. We’ll even supply the firewood!
