Art Studio at Turtle Hill, 5-Acre Oasis Near City

The Art Studio at Turtle Hill is located in Dayton, Ky, 2.2 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee. The studio is not suitable for children under 12. No pets please.

It is just a 10-minute walk away from the Newport Levee, which features many restaurants, shops, the aquarium, and the Purple People Bridge, which is a pedestrian-only bridge that crosses over to Cincinnati. The business district also features excellent boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, bars, music venues, and much more.

This is my personal home and I welcome you to be my guest, relax, make yourself at home. My favorite things are the accessibility features, the privacy, and no steps. There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
